βExcellent independent garage. Always excellent value for money. Never had a problem, with any work from here.β
βI am new to the CAMHS service at Tonteg Child & Family clinic and I was a bit nervous about attending. I found the welcome very friendly, and the mental health nurse who saw us (I think his name was Rich) and the trainee nurse who were present were both so good. I felt very reassured by his advice and appreciated the advise/sign posting about our next steps. From GP referral to this initial assessment was only 3 weeks which exceeded my expectations. I don't know, however, the wait time for next steps. Thank you CAMHS for the work you are doing.β
βDr Davies has been very supportive and helpful.β
βMy mother was takes by ambulance to A&E on 17 September after a fall at the care home. She remained at the Royal Glamorgan hospital and was transferred to the palliative care unit a week later and passed away the following day from advanced dementia. The care and compassion my mother and my sister and I received from all the doctors and nurses in hospital and the palliative care unit was exemplary. Everyone was so kind. A special mention to Kelly in A&E. She did a little dance at the foot of my mumβs bed, it was the last time I saw my mum smile. Dementia is such a cruel disease, I hope a cure is found one day.β
βBest experience with a GP - Dr Richards is the only medical professional to take my health seriously and actually help me after 10+ years of an ongoing problem. She was reassuring, kind, patient and has lifted a huge weight for me. Thank you so much!β
βI've only had to dealt with them in getting my medications back after I moved, so I've only dealt with a pharmacist/nurse a few time, but she has been great and I've felt like she truly cares about me as a patient.β
βI spent 7 hours at A&E. The wait was mind-numbing, the waiting room overcrowded, there were too many family/friend groups gathered around patients having a nice chat and clogging up the space. But every single member of staff I met was incredibly kind, patient and hard-working. They even managed to retain a sense of humour. The system they are are working under is inefficient, the strain on their resources is immense, and some of the patients and their families are obnoxious, but they still managed to work their shift efficiently and with empathy. I have nothing but respect for these people.β
βDoctors and administrative staff have always been professional, helpful and kind. Fab little building, and the admin team make such an effort to make the waiting area into a lovely space. Thanks so much for all you do xβ
