“Phoning and visiting surgery for and with elderly parent on 12th May. Reception quick to answer phone despite it being a Monday morning. The receptionist warm and helpful. GP in person appointment excellent: listened well, was compassionate, considerate and effective.”

“Have nothing but praise for this pharmacy, they do their best under extreme pressure and will go out of their way to help. Having to wait 20 minutes for medication isn’t long at all compared to other places, if I’ve waited weeks for a drs appointment what’s 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Yes you can hear them chatting and laughing, why not hey, I’m sure it helps them get through their busy day and also with the abuse they receive from impatient customers. The collection point to a great help too, if I can’t get to the pharmacy in working hours. Keep up the good work all.”
