The fitters Kelvin, Russell and Steve are tidy, efficient and swift showing a great deal of care moving my furniture where I hadn't been able and placing it back where it was. I could not recommend them any more highly. My home looks amazing, thank-you all.”

“Needed a new Windbreaker. Called the Weston Super Mare branch. James, who took the call, told me he had a few left. So I asked him to put one by for me, which he did. Went on to collect it later that day, and he said, as he only had a few left, he'll give me an extra 10% off. Brilliant! Once, back at camp, found the poles to be different to what they should be. Called James, and he said, no worries, bring it back, and I'll exchange it for another one. Which he did, without any issues. And as a bonus, as he said, this will end up in the bin, as it's wrong, I'll give you the 4 correct pieces of pole, so you have spares. Fantastic! Brilliant service. “I never appreciated how good the layout, quality, store tidiness and overall service was until we called into B&Q for a change! Here we have friendly staff and customer friendly payment tills, happy with cash,card payments and no customer-repelling self service tills which are clearly inadequate for larger items. Good work staff and management and we won’t be going anywhere else again and please don’t ruin everything by getting rid of the tills!”
