They gifted us a Christmas tree, special Christmas Eve Box and presents, truly lifting our spirits when we needed it most. Their genuine care for our little one, treating him like their own, meant the world to us. We can’t thank them enough for their compassion and support—it’s more than just a day care; it’s a community filled with love. When we said our goodbyes on Otis’s last day they presented Otis with a beautiful book with photos and memories of Otis’s time there which we’ll cherish forever. I found the welcome very friendly, and the mental health nurse who saw us (I think his name was Rich) and the trainee nurse who were present were both so good. I felt very reassured by his advice and appreciated the advise/sign posting about our next steps. From GP referral to this initial assessment was only 3 weeks which exceeded my expectations. I don't know, however, the wait time for next steps. Thank you CAMHS for the work you are doing.”
