“I cannot say enough about the fantastic service, help, kindness and support I've had from Penarth Physiotherapy Practice. Dyfri Owen has gone above and beyond to support me during my recovery from a badly fractured ankle. The amount of knowledge and experience he has shown is second to none. I fully recommend this practice.”

The staff are very friendly and on top of the bookings, ensuring you have all you need while using the facility. The location is also an attraction, located in the heart of an affluent and trendy area of Cardiff- walking distance from Cowbridge road east and close to Cardiff City centre. Couldn’t recommend more. Dr Nurudeen”

“Omg I’ve just had the most fantastic experience here, looked after by Tracy and Kathy. I needed to be seen by a dentist prior to open heart surgery later this week. I am a 68 male who is petrified of dentists. I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours that’s how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, it’s not the front line staff it’s the organisation that is broken. Tracy and Kathy you are a credit to your profession, ps I’m the guy going to Portugal I wish you both could come with me. Chris.”
“Amazing facilities at the Serennu centre which cater for a number of different areas of health and wellbeing for disabled children and their families. There is a little coffee shop on the lower floor level and comfortable sofas within both waiting areas as well as a number of toys to keep the little one entertained whilst you wait. The centre is within a housing estate so not easy to find if you not sure of the area but the NHS does provided hospital transport so this can make getting there easier.”
“Amazing school. Teachers are so caring”
“Amazing experience, completely relaxing, the hour went by far too quickly. Staff friendly and relax you as soon as you enter. Highly recommend.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. It took a while to find, but hopefully with this new listing, it will be easier for people. On arrival your temperature is taken. Parking was not too bad. The Outpatients Department is located down a path on the left hand side, a short way after entering County hospital's grounds.”
