βThe best doctors surgery I have ever been registered to! My whole life I've been a very infrequent user of healthcare and maybe had a doctor's appointment every couple of years. In the past 12 months I've had 4 separate health issues come up and Clifton Road surgery have been exceptional. They have offered me same day appointments, have referred me to appropriate services, offered me exactly the meds I need and have been pleasant and responsive throughout. Great service!β
βHad a few blood tests done in here and they're always amazing. Many thanks to today's nurses for being so understanding, friendly and at the same time very professional. I struggle with having my blood taken, always feel really sick after but the nurse made it so much more bearable for me today. Thank youβ
βExcellent practice all staff and GPs are most helpful. I LOVE each and one of the receptionist, Karen, Shirly, I mean everyone there are so friendly.I been with them for more then 4 years now, not once I was let down by anyone. Anything I need or need to be seen they get me in. All the GP there are most caring and helpful GP. I am lucky to be part of this surgery, I always recommend my family and friends to go there.Lipiβ
βAfter needing to find a new GP due to our previous practice changing their catchment area, we registered with Longford Primary Care Centre. Our experience has been exceptional from the start. Booking a non-urgent appointment was straightforward, with the receptionist efficiently scheduling me for a reasonable date. As an autistic person with ADHD, I typically struggle with change and felt anxious about transitioning to a new practice. However, the nurse immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. The practiceβs communication has been outstanding. Email responses arrive remarkably quickly, and clinicians proactively call to provide updates and expedite referrals. During a recent appointment with my daughter, I witnessed the clinician speaking with genuine care and compassion to another patient leaving their consultation. This demonstrated the consistent level of empathy throughout the practice. When we were called in, the clinician was wonderful with my daughter, skillfully easing her concerns about being at the doctorβs surgery - something she had previously found intimidating. The professional approach helped transform what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. While we havenβt been patients for very long, every interaction has exceeded our expectations. The quality of care, communication, and genuine compassion shown by all staff members gives us confidence that this standard will continue. I would highly recommend Longford Primary Care Centre to anyone seeking a patient-centred practice that truly cares about their community.β
βAlthough I donβt go here anymore, I must say it has bullies but if you have good friends it can be a great place. The education is actually really good, (better than TNAβs) The teachers are strict but itβs only because some students are a bit rude but some do just want the best for you & your future. Everybody thinks Mr Nealon is a nonce. The P.E is good, because you get to do good subjects of pe especially if youβre the girls P.E group. In TNA you mainly just do football and netball. In Hartshill we did Rugby, football, netball, badminton and volleyball.β
βEvery doctor, nurse, receptionist, office staff, blood taking person have been brilliant with me. Some doctors went absolutely above and beyond. They have referred me for scans, specialists, physio, gave great menopause advice. My experiences have all been brilliant. It us great being able to get out of hours appointments too due to my job. I can't thank them enough for getting me through a tough couple of years. Brilliant.β
