“I have used Midland Domestic Services Ltd.'s boiler checking services for few years. They have been kept very professional and fabulous. But this time, I think I really can't wait to express my gratitude to them on the installation of my new boiler and other works. I am really appreciate their services. First of all, what they impressed me was their punctuality. They arrived at my home on time each day and they would put some protective materials on my carpet and wore some shoe covers to protect my carpet. I think they are so meticulous which I think it's really not easy to be found in Britain. Besides, even my husband and I have asked them so many questions, all of them were still very helpful, friendly and answered very professionally and knowledgeable, especially thanks to Carl and Craig. Both of them have given us so much valuable opinions. And I'm so glad that even we have met some problems. All of them can help to fix it so promptly. Also, their craftsmanship was so wonderful. Not only Carl and Craig, both young men, Jack and Mason were also brilliant. We can felt that they really put their heart and soul into their works. My husband and I were really appreciate the hole filling of the shower rail. It was incredibly flat and smooth. For the appearance of my house, since some bricks have to be removed to install the pipe, they will help to find the relevant colour for me spontaneously. Even I just stood beside the wall to see the bricks without saying anything, Jack has already known what I puzzled and told me that the colour of the bricks would be matched after they were dried. I'm so glad that although my English was not good, he could still read my mind. I think that's because of his professionalism. It really helps me, a non-English speaking one. All of them really made me feel no worries to let them go. Last but not least, what made me feel very amazing was their tidy-up. I know not everything is perfect, some dirt must exist after finishing some installation. But their tidy-up was fabulous. I have eczema normally but no breakout for this time. I have heard some YouTubers said that the old British craftsmanship, engineers were so professional and detail-oriented. I haven't met before until I have met all of you. Thanks so much to Carl, Craig, Jack and Mason. You are not old but very professional. You made me know what a real quality British service is and all of my family members are very happy and enjoyable to take the showers and can know what warm actually is in Britain now.”
