“So, had the car booked in with these guys for an Airbag light issue. They checked it, but due to lack of information from Nissan (no fault of theirs) they couldn't fully resolve the issue which they suspect the issue will come back. Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!”

“Ordered brake caliper with pads for my vw, no trouble at all to get them to my location except the courier lost the pads on the way. Contacted the dealer and sent them pictures of the package and they where so helpfull and asked if i wanted a refund for the pads or if i wanted them to send a new package and there where no problem at all to get refund through paypal”
