Her Pilates class is exceptionally well planned, with warm up stretches building to more challenging activities throughout the session and always plenty of advice on variations to meet everyoneβs needs. Her calm and gentle manner coupled with professional knowledge make every lesson a delight and have helped me to make progress with flexibility and balance.β

βI have stared attending pole fitness lessons last year in January, loved it so much that I have only every missed 5 lessons in the whole year. I have been in both Coventry and Southam venue. The classes aren't too crowded and when there is more people then usual Liam always makes sure that everyone had a fair go on the pole. He motives in a way that even if you think you cannot do a pose, you will complete it feeling super proud of yourself. I would recommend propole fitness to anyone! I have tried a different class in a different venue, and still stuck to propole as it is just a lot better. Every lesson is different and it is never boring. All the people that I have met in the classes have been nothing but welcoming and lovely. In the past I have never done any sport or sport such a long time , but because of the way the lessons are taught I know that I will be attending Liam's classes as long as it will be possible. Have nothing but good things to say.β
βAfter struggling with back pain for about 5 years, with no lasting results from physio sessions, Suzie was the only person who identified my problem, and worked with me until I got it under control. Today, I've completed two marathons with no back problems whatsoever! I cannot express enough my gratitude for her dedication for helping out people and for constantly focusing on expanding her knowledge to make everyone's life better.β

βI booked swimming lessons for my 10 year old son. I had become increasingly frustrated with local lessons so thought I would give this a try. The teaching here is excellent. Anne Marie is an experienced swim teacher with a lovely way of explaining things. Our son responds incredibly well to her. The difference in his swimming is remarkable and his swim technique has improved so much. Above all, it is still fun and every week my son looks forward to his lessons.β

βThey do exactly what it says on the tin. I selected them because they show as keeping up to date with CPD on the DVLA accredited list. Police trained driving instructors calmly give the learners confidence. Our daughter passed first time with just 5 minor points after 29 hours' instruction. We're taking up the recommended 2 hour motorway driving lesson to tackle the huge Birmingham motorway interchanges. I would not hesitate to recommend this driving school.β

βSuch a great self defence system to learn. Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!! I would definitely recommend Krav Maga to everybody, men, women & children.β
