“I arranged the works Christmas Party here with the marque out the back for 62 people. From start to finish Rohan was brilliant, answered any questions around dietary requirements etc i had quickly and amended the booking on numerous occasions due to people dropping out last min. The marque was set up lovely, the food was great and everyone commented on how big the portions were, nobody went home hungry! A big shout out to all the staff and Rohan they were all really attentive throughout the evening and couldn't fault anyone. Would highly recommend anyone having there Christmas party here!”

“Birthday celebration dinner. Amazing pub. Loved the ambiance, busy with a friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious with great menu choice. I had sea bass, cooked to perfection with lots of veg and hasselback potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Prawn cocktail was really good. Portion sizes just right. Only one of us disappointed, no steak and ale pie. Service was excellent. All food reasonably priced. We'll definitely visit again. Would strongly recommend going here.”

“3 of us dined lunch time at this lovely pub. A nice warm welcome as soon as we stepped in set the scene for a very enjoyable lunch. A nice chatty atmosphere as the place was busy (always a good sign) but not loud. The food didn't disappoint, my salmon was cooked to perfection and nods of approval from the others said it all. Can't comment on the beer as I, unfortunately, was driving! Thanks to all the staff, thoroughly recommended.”

“Chose a dish off the specials board today - Burmese fried chicken with chilli, honey and soy sauce, rice and pickled cabbage. It was absolutely gorgeous. “Came here for a roast dinner and it was lovely. The roasties and Yorkshire puds were excellent. There was fast service and lovely staff. Manager was so friendly and waiters were so lovely. Drinks were very good. I can’t stress enough how lovely this pub is and how massive the garden it’s such a sun trap. Best pub I’ve seen in a long time. Definitely would recommend and I will be bringing the family here.”
