βI really look forward to Wednesday mornings when I attend Lucyβs Pilates class and Body Balance. Her Pilates class is exceptionally well planned, with warm up stretches building to more challenging activities throughout the session and always plenty of advice on variations to meet everyoneβs needs. Her calm and gentle manner coupled with professional knowledge make every lesson a delight and have helped me to make progress with flexibility and balance.β
βWe hired the pool out for a 10th birthday party. The children had an hour in the pool on the inflatable obstacle course and an hour in the party room. The duty manager was so helpful. The kids had an amazing time. I would highly recommend.β
βIt is simple but it has a nice hall for badminton for example. The light setup for the hall is not the best but enough to have some good fun in an active way. Couldn't find the parking lot for visitors yetβ
βGreat little community centre, top activities and a welcoming smile on every arrival.β
βMy 3 year old son went along to a dance session and initially was hesitant to try out the activities. However with encouragement and support from Miss Gemma, he finished off the day saying how much he loved it and now calls himself a dancer. Thanks Miss Gemma for boosting a little boy's confidence and letting him see that he can do anything he sets his mind to!β

βFor all this time that I've been coming to these lessons I've learned so much and Alex by far has been the teacher with the biggest contribution towards my development out of all the teachers I've ever had in any dance style. So I just wanted to share how grateful I am to her for being so amazing and always willing to help out in any way possible (both as a teacher and as a person). I hope that she'll continue to make dancers out of talentless people such as myself and will light up the same intense spark for them as she did for me at day 1. Salsa has had one of the largest positive impacts on me in recent years and I never would have reached the same level of happiness, confidence and joy and never would have met so many of the great friends that I have now if it wasn't for her (or someone as good as her). Finally, I genuinely think that other experienced teachers seriously need to consider her teaching approach and that they still have a lot to learn, especially from her.β
βGreat place will always remember it as the Ken Marriott. Spent so much time here as a kid doing various activities like swimming, climbing squash and I learnt Karate hereβ
βOne of the best things my 2 children do. Sharon and her staff are fantastic. Highly recommend if you want to see results and excellent technique. Sharon herself is extremely dedicated and committed to the children. Clear communication always. Thank you Sharon and team.β
βSuch a great self defence system to learn. Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!! I would definitely recommend Krav Maga to everybody, men, women & children.β
βI love the classes they are amazingβ
βVery good teacher and very knowledgable in their area of expertise.β
