He told me it would probably be ready about Lunchtime but in fact rang me back after a very short time to tell me it was done!! Reasonable price to fit new bulbs. They answered straight away and were very responsive fitting us in around our schedules as well as taking into account the severity of of the issue. I don't know much about cars and so they could have told me anything...but I went in (at short notice) and they very quickly figured about what was wrong, fixed it there and then and charged me a very reasonable price...only area of improvement is that it's not the easiest place to find as it's in a factory complex and not very well sign-posted so suggest getting clear directions before going”

“I have used Midland Domestic Services Ltd.'s boiler checking services for few years. They have been kept very professional and fabulous. But this time, I think I really can't wait to express my gratitude to them on the installation of my new boiler and other works. I am really appreciate their services. First of all, what they impressed me was their punctuality. They arrived at my home on time each day and they would put some protective materials on my carpet and wore some shoe covers to protect my carpet. I think they are so meticulous which I think it's really not easy to be found in Britain. Even I just stood beside the wall to see the bricks without saying anything, Jack has already known what I puzzled and told me that the colour of the bricks would be matched after they were dried. I'm so glad that although my English was not good, he could still read my mind. I think that's because of his professionalism. It really helps me, a non-English speaking one. All of them really made me feel no worries to let them go. Last but not least, what made me feel very amazing was their tidy-up. I know not everything is perfect, some dirt must exist after finishing some installation. But their tidy-up was fabulous. I have eczema normally but no breakout for this time. I have heard some YouTubers said that the old British craftsmanship, engineers were so professional and detail-oriented. I haven't met before until I have met all of you. Thanks so much to Carl, Craig, Jack and Mason. You are not old but very professional. You made me know what a real quality British service is and all of my family members are very happy and enjoyable to take the showers and can know what warm actually is in Britain now.”

“Ordered brake caliper with pads for my vw, no trouble at all to get them to my location except the courier lost the pads on the way. Contacted the dealer and sent them pictures of the package and they where so helpfull and asked if i wanted a refund for the pads or if i wanted them to send a new package and there where no problem at all to get refund through paypal”
