“This place has such stunningly beautiful food! So tasty and full of flavour. The menu has a real Middle Eastern vibe which I wasn’t expecting from the previous pictures, and it was glorious. We had the lamb flatbread ( big enough for two!) with a side of the Harissa falafel. Good service, nice decor, great coffee, and excellent social distance measures. Felt safe and clean in there. “Such a wonderful cafe. Cake is incredible, the tea (fruit tea) was the most flavoursome I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful, especially as my friend had her young child with her, they helped with the mess even though we offered to clean up. It’s dog friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. The toilet is very clean too. Can’t wait to visit again.”

“Lovely little gem of place just on the path of a canal and run by a small attentive team and seems rather popular . Not vast on the inside but does have a covered outdoor section to the side, really feels cosy surrounded by various interesting canal related items which can be purchased . The menu is straightforward consisting of breakfast / lunch type items which is freshly prepared and the quality is really good along with various takeaway bits near the counter. Just loved it and was really wonderful .”

“We had a really lovely afternoon at the Leif Tea Rooms. We had afternoon tea which was scrumptious. There was a great choice of fillings for the sandwiches which were amazing, plenty of filling! The scones were a delight and the cakes of lemon drizzle, chocolate fudge and victoria sponge were delicious. Very generous portion of everything, couldn't eat it all. But the wonderful staff supplied boxes to take away. We had prosseco which made it more special and were seated by the christmas tree on comfy sofas and chairs. It made our family catch up a special occasion and we would like to say thank you to all the staff who were so nice. Will definitely return, we had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon! Definitely recommended.”

“We did a floristry workshop day from 10-15.00. We did 2 activities, one in the morning and one in the afternoon with an hour for lunch. This was a gift to 4 of us and our ages ranged from 21-76. All 4 of us absolutely loved it. The whole day was fantastic from the little touches of nice drinks and biscuits to the privilege of learning a new craft from a complete expert in floristry. Sarah was so lovely and welcoming and we were made to feel very at home and comfortable. We all took away a bouquet and a basket arrangement, both of which are top quality with beautiful flowers. I will be recommending this to friends and family and would love to return in the near future. 10/10.”

“Was absolutely fantastic, ordered it on a Friday at 5pm for it to arrive after 20 minutes! And we were the village over! The delivery driver was incredibly sweet also. The food was piping hot, which is always appreciated, and the food was well seasoned, even down to the pork rice. If you want a Chinese takeaway in the area surrounding Kenilworth or in Kenilworth, go with Tai Pan!”

Nick helped us select our drinks and provided a lot of guidance of what was needed to lubricate our wedding.
