We were nervous about how he would respond but we need not have been as your teachers handled him brilliantly. The performance was fantastic. So many lines and choreography to learn in a week. “Game changer in the gym industry!! I joined Overtake just over a month ago, and I’ve always been a bit reluctant about joining one. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with exercise — especially when it came to planning my own workouts and trying to stay motivated and also finding a trainer that provides varied workouts tailoring each muscle group rather than focusing on one section of the body. What I really wanted was a space that felt like a community and kept me engaged. From my very first group session with Annie, I knew I’d found exactly that. She’s created such a welcoming, community-driven environment where everyone feels included. The workouts are fun, the music is always spot on, and Annie’s energy is infectious. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients — she’s positive, encouraging, and makes everyone feel at home. The gym itself is spotless, professional, and beautifully laid out. It’s clear how much dedication goes into keeping the space clean, organised, and enjoyable to train in. It really does look amazing and adds to the whole experience. The social nights are also a massive added bonus — they’ve helped me connect with others and feel part of something special. I’ve loved it so much that I’ve upgraded to a gold membership because I genuinely look forward to every class. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt this motivated, supported, and excited about fitness — couldn’t recommend it enough! If you’ve ever felt discouraged by gyms in the area like I was, please try one more time with Overtake because I promise you, it’ll be the best decision you ever make.”

“If you are trying to learn to swim front crawl, I can't recommend Penny highly enough. Learning to swim front crawl at the age of 50 was always going to be a challenge for me, and after having nearly 6 months of lessons with a "traditional" swimming coach, I was getting nowhere...exhausted after 50 metres and on the verge of giving up, so I contacted Penny. She took my swimming back to basics, and she taught me lots of simple TI drills. With her guidance I am now a confident swimmer, in both the pool, and open water. It has taken time, and commitment, but would have been impossible without Penny's patience, and guidance, for which I am very grateful.”

“We visited today for a first flying lesson for our son, and its safe to say that we are all hooked. From the initial contact with the man who mans the phones ( I'm so sorry, cant remember his name but he is fantastic) to the briefing ( we had Sylvester who was utterly brilliant) and, ultimately, the flight itself with Ted, we were blown away by their quiet brilliance, professionalism and love for what they do. We have 2 young boy and my partner has been pregnant whilst at Wolston surgery, so have have a a fair few appointments. All of the staff are first class - from the receptionists to the nurses. The doctors are amazing - friendly, professional and always talk you through everything. Huge thanks to everyone at the surgery.”

“Inside out is a brilliant nursery. The grounds are nice and large and the children get to spend lots of time outdoors either running around, playing on/ in any of the play equipment or spending time in the vegetable garden. The staff are lovely and they really pay attention to how the children are developing. This is reflected in the comprehensive folder on each child's progress. The meals are also really good and parents can even try these out themselves at one of the Lunch club events that are held regularly throughout the year. There is also plenty of space for cars during drop offs and pickups.”

“Nurturing, creative and a really varied range of activities for little ones to choose from with the benefit of experienced, caring and capable nursery staff including qualified teachers and a Head of Early Years. So many great people but have to namecheck Lisa - she is the embodiment of nursery know how and general loveliness to parents and children alike, she’s an educative superstar! Genial atmosphere in a big, airy nursery with lots of new equipment, dedicated library and forest area plus covered outdoor play. The umbrella of the school ensures an educational focus is maintained whilst the children have a huge amount of fun. I love the ethos of the school ‘Be kind and do your best’ and the value of thoughtfulness and consideration in everyday things. My son’s favourite activities are rugby tots and forest school although he enjoys everything really. I have found the team there very supportive and as helpful as possible and the fact that my son runs in enthusiastically says it all! A hidden gem.”

“This was an amazing weekend! First time I’ve been and I went with my friend who was a beginner so we did different workshops but everyone was so friendly it was fine to be alone. There was a great choice of workshops too! The showcase dances and dancers were amazing - truly spectacular! The icing on the cake was getting to hear strictly stories and the experiences of the stars who, without exception were friendly, down to earth and just lovely! FAB-U-LOUS”
