“I have been coming to this practice all my life and have no complaints. I am always seen promptly and the telephone triage has worked really well for me. I am often then offered an appointment on the day I ring, if there's a need. I have always been seen within a few minutes of the appointment time. I like the touch screen log in and the staff are polite and friendly. The receptionist knows my name, and I don't go very often.”

“My wife was released from hospital six months ago after having a stoma bag fitted - but she was also released with a severe infection to her wound. During the last six months, she has had to visit the practice every other day to have the stoma bag changed and the wound dressed. She has been treated with so much care and dedication by the Health Care Assistant at Phoenix and today has been discharged with the infection now fully healed. We are so grateful for the wonderful care the Health Care Assistance has given her over the last six months, but also the Doctors, Practice Nurse and the staff on Reception and staff of her Chemycare Pharmacy have given her. BIG THANKS TO YOU ALL”
