“I moved local to Masala Club 2 years ago and always enjoyed the food. A few months ago it came under new ownership (I understand the original owner from years ago) and the food and service although previously good has noticeably improved. I'm in danger of putting on weight as I just want to eat here all the time! Recently had a party and asked them to cater for it. Saj (the new owner) made the process painless and was able to provide a competitive price. It was hassle free, we had a great party and everyone loved the food.”

“To make this unbias and fair, I left it about a year to leave this review and had around 20-30 takeaways from Shahjalal in that time. Let me start by saying these guys produce some of the best tasting curries/dishes I've ever tasted in Indian Cuisine. I've not had one poor dish, not one! The presentation of the dish, even in the metal containers is great, the attention to detail is second to none. The delivery is always or ahead of time, every time.
