I went here to get my hair braided as we’re now nearing the winter days. They opened right on time (I was early), and immediately sorted the space up to make it convenient for their customers. Amiable owner and staff who seem open-minded to listen to your needs or any concerns about your hair. I was offered a drink (tea/coffee), and even though I wasn't eating on that day, I thought that was pretty kind. I hadn't been to a salon for over two years, so I was genuinely happy with the services offered. And I love my braids. All the women who work there were lovely, and I got so many compliments on my hair (and piercings) which made the whole atmosphere so enjoyable. Natalia clearly cared about my hair and what I wanted, asking for a second opinion when it was needed (but obviously what she had decided was completely correct) but it was highly appreciated as I have thin hair which had been coloured before so she wanted to keep it as healthy as possible while giving me what I wanted. Overall, I had a fantastic time and definitely intend to return to sit in Natalia's chair again.”
