“Busy Paws is everything you want as a dog owner - trustworthy, reliable, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending the service and will continue to trust my dog to their care. Four paws out of four for this review! Wagtastic!”
“Amy is fantastic and really gives her all to help dogs. We currently have Amy walking and helping train our dog which has been massively beneficial! We’ve seen great results and Amy has provided such a caring and effective service. I feel at ease when Amy is walking Enzo as I trust her completely! Couldn’t recommend Dogs Inc more!”
“Lorna is amazing, I have a very nervous cavapoo, and lorna was very good with him, great haircut, and all over groom, he was like a Highland coo, when he went in for his groom, what a fantastic transformation... he's a lot happier after his haircut ... thank you lorna. I would highly recommend”
“Fantastic caring dog lover. Every dog is cared like it's one of her own.”
“Extremely friendly staff! Gave us free water as soon as we walked in, didn't even have to ask. The latte with maple spice syrup was INSANE. Like so good. Like I-have-barely-had-such-a-good-coffee in my life good. The Mediterranean wrap was also delicious ^^”

“I booked 4 weeks 1-2-1 puppy training with Marion and it’s the best thing I could have done for my puppy Forrest. He’s learned so much in this time and loved every minute with Marion. She helped me with any questions I had and is such a lovely, kind woman to work with. I will be booking more sessions with her soon when we can get out walks as her knowledge has been invaluable and can’t wait to work with her again.”
“Honestly they are always incredibly helpful! I went in to figure out the best options for dogfood for my lab and they helped me for 39 minutes and we settled on a mix of cold pressed and raw food! My favourite dog shop!”
“We are still not out of the woods but wanted to reassure anyone who has to take their beloved pet here as an emergency that these people will do everything they can. My cat Winston was feeling poorly and not eating too well. After taking him to my normal vet (Dundas Veterinary Group: never again) they told me his creatinine value was 1200 which is not good. 24 hours of fluids and no pain management, only trying to get him some gabapentin via food which he wasn’t eating and his condition was not improving and second blood panel showed 2300 creatinine. I didn’t want to give up especially since no imaging had been done so we received a priority referral to the small animal hospital and the treatment and bedside manner has been night and day. Winston was put on antibiotics, fluids and imaging was done among other things. These things take time and as of this morning his kidney values are back to normal ! Even if things do not end the way we want, I am so comforted by the fact that my cat is getting the absolute best care. Thank you to Joel and Esther and the team for taking such good care your patients and their owners.”
“For the past year, Paige and Amber have been grooming both our cockapoos and we couldn’t be more delighted with the fantastic job they do. Such regular, good grooming has also made it easier for us to maintain their coats in between regular professional grooms. The welfare of the dogs in their care is clear to see and they have really helped to reduce the levels of anxiety in our dogs-a trip to the groomers is gradually becoming less stressful! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tulloch’s Tails to anyone looking for a friendly, dog-centred, professional and high quality groomers. Thanks Karen’s”
“We have been bringing our dogs to Jacqui at K9 Friends for over 20 years, and we could not imagine a more professional, caring, and skilled groomer. Over the years, she has looked after several of our much-loved dogs - some sadly no longer with us - and we have always had complete confidence that they were in the very best hands. Not only are her grooming skills outstanding, but she also offers home boarding, where we knew our dogs were cared for with love and kindness while we enjoyed much-needed breaks. She always puts the dogs’ needs first, treating them as if they were her own. Now, with our 16-year-old Yorkie, her patience, compassion, and expertise mean more to us than ever. We truly could not wish for a better grooming service and we are so grateful for the care and dedication she has shown our dogs throughout the years.”
“Lovely friendly staff, great service.”
“Guiness was in for his assesment on his back legs. Staff vet and crew were excellent. Hydra therapy set up to assist.”
“Good facility - staff seem friendly and engaged with dogs. Very polite woof van driver and owner Danielle always happy to answer any queries. They take dogs of all sizes it seems, but keep them separated by size/age/temperament. The area where the dogs are is secure and there’s loads of space for them to run around. My puppy really enjoys it. He goes straight to sleep when he’s back home! The only minus is the location if you’re not driving, as getting there by public transport is a mission. They do offer pick up van service though, but you have to book in advance and via email.”
“We have a tricky little rescue dog who we never thought would be able to go to a doggy daycare… until we met Alicia! Now our dog goes every week to daycare, has started to play with the other dogs and loves to get cuddles from the staff there. We always know she’s in safe hands and will be securely dropped off at home. This has been a life changer for us! Thanks team!”
“Jo is an amazing dog walker and our dog absolutely loves her. She is so professional but mostly she loves dogs and cares for ours as if he were her own, you can’t ask for more than that. She keeps in great contact with us and we get regular updates about how our dog is doing with videos and photos. She has known our dog since he was a tiny puppy, did puppy visits when he was still small and now takes him on exhilarating joint walks with other dogs and he is getting amazing socialisation. We trust her 100% with our dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Jo, she is brilliant.”
“Bryan and his team have been doing puppy visits for our golden retriever Banjo since he was just 11 weeks old whilst we are at work. So far they have been absolutely brilliant and Banjo seems very happy and comfortable with everyone. They all take great care of him, provide us with lots of photo updates and even go the extra mile by adhering to our weird and wonderful requests like putting scrambled eggs in his kibble! My partner and I have complete peace of mind whilst we are at work and we know our puppy is in great hands. I would definitely recommend We Love Pets Livingston to others and will continue to use them as Banjo grows up and can join the other big dogs on walks!”

“We had the pleasure of having Kimberley as our dog chaperone for our wedding, and she was absolutely amazing with our dog, Venus. Kimberley has an incredible ability to communicate with dogs, keeping Venus calm and engaged during the photos, and helping her confidently walk down the aisle all on her own—a truly unforgettable moment.
