Very attentive and understanding as I had a previous bad experience at a Broxburn dentist decades ago and had been really apprehensive about having my teeth examined again. That was 3 years ago and I actually look forward to my visits to the Craigshill Dental Practice. Visited again today for my yearly check up. As Heather was on leave I was seen by Ben. Again as with Heather the service was exceptional as was the greetings and support from from Sophie and Danielle. I cannot recommend the Craigshill Dental Practice highly enough. “I've been to this pharmacy multiple times, and the staff have always been nothing but nice and pleasant. They definitely don't deserve all the negative reviews. Other people moaning about not receiving medication immediately is completely unrealistic. The staff are always super busy and are doing their best, especially with a fast growing local population. My only gripe is the manager needs to order more stock in advance if possible, but other than that, great pharmacy.”
