Abby is super knowledgeable and was careful in understanding where I had pain and issues and worked to ensure I had the best and most beneficial massage. However she went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling my best. Even though she had to do a full colour correction she never once made me feel like it was a too tall task. “Went here for the first time yesterday and loved the whole experience! Really warm welcome when I arrived about 20 minutes early! Was given a cup of tea and a couple of sweets while I waited. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who done my cut and blow dry. I do know he’s the creative director of the store though! I had an idea of what style I wanted for my hair and showed him the images I had. What I loved was he gave constructive criticism and creative suggestions based on my hair type! I absolutely love the look I’ve came out with. It’s very much tailor made to how my hair sits naturally as well as my hair type and facial features. Also got advice on the best type of styling product for my fine flat hair which was a clay product. Delighted with the whole experience! On the way out I was given a little loyalty card and a wee gift bag with some festive chocolates inside! Highly recommend this place if you haven’t been already!”

Got some good advice from her to re hair colouring. After a v long time I can say I’m happy with the result of my haircut!
