“Omg what can I say. I took my wee Princess here today for a full groom for the first time. Will was amazing with her as she has always been nervous about getting a groom. We had a good chat while he let her roam about for a bit so she could have a good sniff and feel relaxed rather than just starting straight away which I thought was lovely. They came the next day as we called them and supported us throughout the journey, in person, via email, on video calls, always going the extra mile. However even in these difficult moments, we still received support and guidance from Arianna, always putting the puppy’s best interest and well being first.
