The ladies are very happy and engaged in some lovely conversations. The cup of tea and biscuit was a lovely added bonus !! “I went for a Alumier Enzyme Facial with Angela at the Charlie Miller branch and had such a great experience. I don’t know much about facials or skincare in-depth and Angela was so nice and informative. She chatted me through everything, gave me some skincare tips but didn’t pressure me at all to buy products and was so lovely. After one treatment I notice a big difference and will definitely go back. Really recommend!”

“It was a wonderful and relaxing day. All staff very nice and friendly, but Aurora....the girl that give me the treatment.....well she has magic hands. Due to my job i had my back, neck and legs quite stiff and painful. She took my pain off and honestly i felt like a new born. Just floating after this wonderful treatment. “I’m pretty picky about my eyebrows and have been looking for a business to become my regular threading place, especially as I’ve just moved to the area. Excellent job, will be back and it was the quickest I’ve ever had my brows threaded! She knew exactly what I wanted! Not the greatest quality photos but she made my brows look so much better and more like me! (Lockdowns been hard on all of our brows haha) feel bad because I didn’t get the ladies name but she was fantastic!”

“I had a massage tonight with Abby. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I have had in a while. Abby is super knowledgeable and was careful in understanding where I had pain and issues and worked to ensure I had the best and most beneficial massage. I have had a lot of issue in the past with my back and hip and she showed genuine understanding, care and expertise when dealing with me. I have already rebooked for 2 weeks time!”
