“I was waiting to be served this morning and the young man Serving was talking to an older gentleman, instead of just nodding politely he intentlay listened and to my surprise gave a great reply, he also helped the genleman to his car, he came back in smiling which really touched me. He then proceded to serrve and although i didnt get him i listened as he treated the next customer with great service. Great job to the young man with longer hair, i do apologise i didnt get your name but great to see there are still people in the world who care. Amazing service”

“Great friendly service today as usual. I'd forgotten a few items on my click and collect order, so ordered the items whilst parked outside. Less than 5mins later they were ready. Went up to the door queue, directed to a till, said my name and was handed both orders, no fuss. Staff and customers all wearing masks and adhering to 2m distancing.”
