“Brilliant service from the staff at Jewsons. I needed some materials for a landscaping project and was pretty clueless about how some of it worked. I created a personal account to qualify for a promotion on some of the materials, and had a completely unexpected phone call from one of the sales team who gave me some advice on how best to order and how to utilise the deliveries etc. I ordered on a Friday and the materials were delivered on the Tuesday (per my request- I'm sure it could have been earlier if i was available) Big bulk bags of aggregate nicely delivered onto my driveway. Bags also came in handy for the cleanup afterwards. Surprised at the number of materials and variety available, and the ease of ordering and pickup/ delivery. Will definitely use again.”

“Yet again I had outstanding service from the Dalry depot today (16/5/25). David Cunningham delivered my items and after telling him I had a disability, I requested he put the heavier items into the boot of my car so i could reverse up the driveway. David insisted in putting the items exactly where i wanted them to go. This made his job harder as it involved a long walk with heavy items and up a few stairs. Guys a credit to the company as are all the staff at Dalry I have dealt with. Simply the best, you just don't get this kind of personal service at large chain D.I.Y. stores.”

I was in yesterday for some sealant and, due to the current national pothole problem we are experiencing, jokingly enquired if they had any pothole filler. Have to say I was quite amazed to be shown several different types of it! I was also told that it was very popular item with customers. ( Maybe the local council could get their trade card!).”
