They communicate promptly in the WhatsApp group they create for you, go in straight after guests leave to clean, can accommodate same day flips and they send over cleaning reports with photos once they done. They were even able to provide and wash all towels and bedding and even provided tea and coffee for guests. Was very impressed with Chris, Karolina and co!”
