“Assistance just when you need it the most - This was certainly the case for me today. Needed a puncture repair to get me from Haddington to Glasgow thanks to a screw in my tyre. Had tried calling a few companies who told me next day or just weren't able to do it. This van passed me at the right time and was able to grab the number from the side and give him a quick call. I was back on the road within 10 mins and guy was an absolute gent. Have the company number saved in case I ever need to use again. And would certainly recommend. Absolute star and thanks again.”

“Professional, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. Best garage I’ve ever been to: my car had some strange noises five days before an important long journey. While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. “My tyre pressure light came on last Saturday as I had a faulty tyre sensor in one of the tyres. I have rang several garages within the area with an average wait of 2 weeks! I was really impressed when I spoke to Luke last Saturday morning. He gave me the price it costs to replace the tyre sensor over the phone and he was able to fit me in the same day for an appointment to get my tyres looked at. Him and his team were amazing. They are professional and worked well as a team to answer customers enquiries in person and over the phone. He managed expectations really well, keeping me informed throughout the process with progress while I wait in the garage and time it takes to fit the new tyre pressure sensor (30 minutes), showing me which one was faulty. His team was great with the checks and went above and beyond by checking all the tyres, ensure they all fully inflated and documented the tyre depth in the completion report along with photos. I would highly recommend this garage. It really is Kwik Fit!”

“I've used Edinburgh Honda Specialists Ltd several times since moving to Edinburgh last year, back when they were on Jane Street and now East Claremont Street. I have a Honda Accord and after dealing with DPF issues, I took it here and the friendly and extremely knowledgeable mechanic Kris sorted it out, twice. I also took it for a quick bulb change and later on full service, and the garage is top notch in terms of its ability to manage a lot of customers and their specific requests. I don't think I'll be going to any garage as I feel confident going here, and having a Honda specialist is a blessing. My car runs very well and I'm glad I found this place as the staff are friendly and extremely professional, and there's nothing better than having your car well taken care of. I recommend this garage to anyone, but especially if you have a Honda because not many garages will stock the correct engine oil for your car.”

“Went into Halfords at Seafield Edinburgh to get new headlight bulbs fitted. The guy dealing with me was excellent as while he was changing my bulbs he noticed my car engine was covered in oil. I had not long back had an oil change carried out (elsewhere) and they had not put the oil cap & dipstick back properly and it was spraying oil all over my engine. The guy at Halfords cleaned up the oil mess, checked my oil level (already down to 1/2) and made sure everything was back on correctly having got me to start the car up to check. Gave me some advice fir when I drove off and told me to keep a close eye Finally I had purchased a tyre inflator from Halfords at the start of December which I thought was faulty. He checked it, confirmed it was faulty and switched it over. Great customer service and peace of mind for me when I then drove off from Halfords this morning. Excellent.”
