“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My baby has been attending classes here for around 6/7 sessions now, and already his confidence (in and out of the water)has soared! He is only 4 and a half months old and he is doing underwater swims like a pro! Kerry the teacher is amazing with all the kids and I trust her 100% with my son in the water. She is very patient, understanding and gives out the instructions clearly throughout the class. It makes me more confident with him in the water as well when we do new tasks (which can feel quite scary sometimes when you are doing them for the first time). Thank you guys, keep up the hard work!”

“This place has been given a fantastic make over. Great service and very reasonable prices. I had the beef burger with haggis and my husband and friend had the chicken burger and the chicken fajitas, all very tasty and fresh. £6 for a strawberry daiquiri is roughly the same as Glasgow prices but they were delicious. Will definitely need to go back and fully recommend.”

“Attended a meeting in the reception area with colleagues today . From arrival at 9:00 till leaving at the end of the day Annemarie was a superstar. After 40+ years in Hotel Management she was the ideal person you wanted in the front of house. So friendly and welcoming, very attentive and kept checking on us from arrival coffee, breakfast and lunch. As we have just moved to new business premises in Bellshill this will be our go to Hotel.”

“The usual less expensive items and brands that you are used to seeing in this shop but some of them are surprisingly very good. Social distancing and card payments if necessary. Good source of getting the every day things without having to go to more than one shop, which is great and alot easier.. Lots of choice for tree decorations and seasonal items.”

“Went to Scotland to visit family and decided to stay at the Innkeeper’s Lodge in Strathclyde Park. We only booked for a one night stay but enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night and luckily the room we stayed in was available for our second night so didn’t hesitate to book it. We stayed in the accessible room which was large enough for wheelchair access, the bed was really comfortable and it had a lovely wet room…we stayed on the bed and breakfast basis and each morning there is unlimited cooked breakfast with tea and coffee. It is very close to the Raith Interchange/M74 - A725 split but you don’t hear any traffic noise at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the need arises and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are lovely and really helpful and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything.”

“I've been coming here for years with my husband and cousin, mostly for the arcade. There is a great section of machines to play, from plush grabby machines, and a couple of giant crane games, 2p pushers, barbour snip, virtual reality games, like water-skiing, dance move games, football, basketball, punch bag, tower of tickets etc. Plenty to keep you entertained for hours. There is also an age restricted arcade and a prize station. M&Ds has had a modern update and you can purchase a card to play machines and put credit on them and also to use to build up your tickets for the prize station (not all machine, you still need coins for some). Bistro in the Loch has a good selection of food from sandwiches, cakes, ice cream, with a breakfast menu with additional seating inside aswell as out and drinking bowls for dogs. There is also a bowling alley (Cosmic bowl) with multiple lanes, snooker and pool tables, a sports bar, the recently renovated Montery Jack's with an excellent food menu, a wee gift shop selling mostly sweets (a bit overpriced), Amazonian for seeing exotic animals and a decent sized funfair with various rides, and Krazy Congo soft play. Also, the props and the decoration of the building inside is impressive with so much thought to detail. The staff here are a great bunch of people from the machine maintenance guys, the security guy and especially the manageress, Karen. She's a lovely gal who you see power walking around the building adding glam and beauty to the neon and flashy lights of the arcade. She's always there for a chat and a laugh and just great craic. It's always great to see her. Overall, M&Ds is a great day out with a variety of things to do and right next to Strathclyde country park. There are good options for food and drink,parking is free and plentiful too. “RDA received the repair of my washing machine from D&G and the service we received was fantastic. We were kept up to date with the progress of the repair throughout. Michael came and assessed the issue told me what work would be required and ordered the parts. The next day Zak came out fitted the parts and ensured everything was working as it should be. Both engineers were knowledgeable, professional and polite. I highly recommend RDA for any repairs they are prompt, professional and reliable.”
