“Attempted to get my dog boarded here but unfortunately they were fully booked, spoke with a lovely lady that put us on an late cancellation list but still didn't receive a call.. dogs looked very happy when we went to visit unannounced (which is the way I like to do it so it's the real deal that's seen)”

“Alan is just one of a kind. He is so lovely, welcoming and clearly takes pride in his kennels and truly loves looking after the Dogs and Cats there. This was so reassuring as it was Milo and Skye’s first time at a kennels. We picked them up and Alan had bathed and they were smelling lovely. Alan also gave our Dogs some treats which added to the already great service. 10/10. Thanks again Alan, we will definitely use you again and recommend your services.”

“These kennels are under new management so gave them a go for daycare for my precious girl. The facilities are endless including a play field and an indoor play area for rainy days. The reception area is bright and welcoming and the staff immediately put my mind at rest for leaving my girl as they were very friendly and she took to them immediately. In addition they have lovely grooming facilities and clean and well maintained kennels which they were happy to show me. I will definitely be using hartfield again”

“Personally I would highly recommend Glenauld Kennels! Being the owner of a Male American Akita Kaiser who has just turned 2! (whom lets be honest, have a bad reputation ) and CAN be very unpredictable and aloof at times)....if not raised properly!!! That is!! ..... But after booking my Boy in for 5 days....... I can sincerely say that he had a great time! And clearly well cared for! ( so much so! I swear he was smiling) Haha..... he is an extremely energetic Dog with a mind of his own.!...And completely disobeys anyone ( Unless my presence is there) FACT!!....I knew that he might have been a bit of a handful ( piss taker ) for his carers, but they just took it in their stride, and seen his own amazing personality....rather than his breed.. Will not find a better Service than this ...”

“I was recommended this kennels by a friend. I am very protective when it comes to my wee deaf Dottie. She stayed here for just over two weeks while I was away one holiday. Staff are so helpful. Letting me take her down there before I made a decision to leave her there. Letting Dottie get the feel of the place. Dottie has had a hard life being a stray dog and finding her at dogs trust. I got her just coming up a year back. She had alot of issues but has finally settled into the household so well. She was very well looked after at westmains kennels and I would highly recommend this boarding kennels for any dog and dogs that need an extra bit of care. Thank you so much for taking good care of her. She will return to you when we next go on our holidays. Thank you once again.”

“My cat Boykie has been going to these facilities since he was 6 months old and he’s now 13 years old. He is so happy and contented when he boards. When he comes home he is always healthy and his coat gleams. They play with the animals and the pictures show just how happy they all are. I would thoroughly recommend Valley Kennels & Cattery. They were consistently patient and empathetic with her many (and sometimes confusing) anxieties. With their support, she is now growing into a confident, happy puppy with excellent doggy manners.
