Had a phone call at 0830 the next morning confirming same and the car was ready to pick up by 1pm. Staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. Price was good for what it was the the new rack comes with a 12000 mile/ 12 month warranty. I really hope I don't need another steering rack, but if I do, this is the place.
