“I’ve been to Jen for various treatments in the past. This time I opted for lip fillers. I wanted a little extra fullness, but with a natural looking result. “My face but fresher” was the aim. I am so, so happy with the results. The treatment itself was, as always, incredibly professional and in a relaxed, clean environment. After going through the initial assessment Jen explained what would be happening at each stage. Obviously the treatment involves some mild discomfort and pressure, but I felt this was very minimal. Once the treatment was complete Jen diligently explained the after-care procedures to me so I could best look after my lips. It has now been exactly 1 week since my treatment. The initial swelling went down after a day or two and upon following Jens after-care instructions, I have had no lasting discomfort with my lips, and I feel they have settled beautifully. I’m delighted with the results. My lips appear fuller in a way which looks natural and youthful. Jen is undoubtedly a highly qualified and consummate clinician, but she is also an artist. She does not have a “one size fits all” approach and I feel that this is why the results are so beautiful and natural. I would highly recommend Jen to all my friends and family (and I do!).”

It was honestly the most painless one I have had. I originally booked for a builders gel manicure but she was honest and up front that she was not overly happy with the current product she had recently started stocking so we decided on a shellac manicure instead. Previously, my shellac manicures barely last a week and 2 at most. I was on holiday in the pool, snorkeling and not being the most gentle on my nails and they lasted 3 whole weeks! “Had an amazing consultantstion with Carley at Vissia, she explained everybting I was curious about, talked me through the process and explained the science behind the treatment so it made sense, she advised me on what I did and what I didn't need. The salon is immaculate and I was very confident with the service as everything was done professionally but whilst also having a super friendly aesthetician. I was given Carleys number for any follow up advice or queries, although I didn't need any. And also got given an aftercare package. Carley offers a top up if needed, but I was happy with my results first time. I have now gone to Vissia for a few different treatments including Botox and B12 injections and have and will recommend to family and friends. 5 ⭐️ service!”
