Saw Dr Fardon who listened patiently to my complaint and dealt with me to my complete satisfaction with empathy and humour. Did not rush me nor gave me the impression he was itching to get to his next patient. My family and I have been with this practice since coming to Tingley in 1990, never had any complaints/problems with any of the varied staff over the years and on occasions have walked in with no appointment or prior phone call and been seen within minutes.
