Once they were ready to pick up (which was around 3/4 days later) I met Leah and two other lovely members of staff. They look like good people that genuinely care about their business. Most importantly the decorative trim was all good so no complaints there too and really pleased how it came out!”

If there are any parts missing, incorrect or damaged, they are ultra quick to replace and rush your order through and send out replacements free of charge (even whilst they are getting through other existing orders!). The quality of the products are superb and way better than any other manufacturers that we've seen. Thank you Ultima for being there for us! I have no idea why there are bad reviews on here.
