Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel. It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double. Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories. They met with us many times in order for us to get the right kitchen. Time was never an issue. Bens experience in this field was clear. He was able to give us advice when we were unsure of anything. We did not just go to Howdens. We met with 3 other kitchen companies. We made an informed decision. We decided that Howdens gave us the best service and the best price for a paint to order kitchen.
