“Rich from Australia , After a ring round to see if someone might help me out with a leaky/rusty filler pipe on a Mercedes b class , and after 5 calls all being too busy to even consider helping me out , mick was instantly able on the phone to advise me of the issue and to confirm his suspicions ask me to bring the car in and he would find the time and work out a solution that’s would be of help , after the inspection he then kindly found the part necessary and work the car in to do the repair that would get me safely on the road once again , then a more than reasonable price was charged . As Iam out out town !! But a regular visitor back to Huddersfield ( I now live in bath ) I’ll be back to see mick again to complete on going repairs and maintenance know the car will be in capable and trustworthy hands …. In this day and age it is a privilege to be able to exert your reproductive rights as a woman and to have the proper support/assistance needed. Especially being able to access it for at a low cost or free of charge. My experience so far using BPAS has been incredible. All my questions were answered during the appointments I had, and the in-person consultation was booked within a reasonable amount of time (1 week) after completing the online forms. The only thing I should highlight is that if you have to reschedule an appointment you might have to wait up to a week to get another one. Overall, the service provided by the midwife and all the staff was lovely! Please keep helping women because the work you do is valuable, admirable and outstanding. Thank you.”

“My experience with this doctors surgery has been second to none. All the reception staff and medical staff have been apsaloutly amazing. I have a fair few health conditions and been struggling with various things. Dr Durkin and Emily the prescriber apsaloutely lovely so so compassionate towards my needs and these 2 staff have really gone out of their way to help me and I'm very greatful!! Thank you for always taking the time out to listen to me without feeling like I dont have a voice. And thank you for caring so much. The reception staff are also so compassionate, patient and understanding as well especially Avril always goes out of her way to help as much as she can and always takes the time out to listen.
