Whilst I was there I made enquiries with regard to purchasing a strap for my Cartier Roadster and, much to my surprise, it was delivered to me three weeks later. My experience of Owen & Robinson could not have been better. The service provided by Matthew and Tom was exemplary, they went above and beyond expectations in their efforts to secure both the Fifty Fathoms and the Cartier strap for me. The store is an hour and a half's drive away (I live in Manchester) but even so I will most certainly make Owen & Robinson my first choice when considering my next purchase.”
