From the initial contact with Gareth to discuss ideas for our new kitchen, followed by the planning stage and finally selecting units/work surfaces etc, we were supported every step of the way by Gareth and Kate. After been let down by several builders to do the internal structural work we needed to create the new kitchen space, DKD came to our rescue by arranging for the work to be undertaken by their builder (Dexter), who did a great job of knocking two rooms into one, all at a reasonable cost. The original timescales we were given for completing the building work and kitchen installation did not slip and we had a fabulous new kitchen fitted by Lee in time for Christmas (2024). In March this year, we went back to DKD to fit out our utility room, which, like our kitchen has been done to an extremely high standard of workmanship. The process from start to end as well as the after sales service has been exemplary and we are delighted with the end result of both our kitchen and utility room.
