Phoned the pharmacy about my prescription as it had not arrived by last thing Friday ( 5:45pm) before closing , Amaan was very pleasant and listened to my predicament and assured me my prescription would arrive that evening despite closing at 6pm for the weekend. “This surgery used to be really bad, reception staff lazy and unhelpful. Recently I've noticed a change. New reception staff who are much more helpful and actually make an effort to help.
