“Superb, professional staff: my car ran into engine problems, so I parked it on the car park. The reception staff came out to offer assistance and cold drinks on sweltering 30C day. This was heaven sent with the air conditioned reception offering a welcome respite for my wife young daughter, nephew, and mum, while I waited for breakdown assistance.
