“Lovely venue with a fantastic atmosphere. Menu choices extensive and can be adapted. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend and would the first choice of venue in the future.”

“Thai Sunshine was a great find. The atmosphere is very relaxing with very soft music and the stuff is very friendly. We went there at lunch, and they had a lunch deal of 1 starter and 1 main for roughly £15 per person. We got satay chicken and spring rolls for our 2 starters and for mains a chicken green curry and a chicken panang. Both curries came with rice. Everything was delicious, the rice was perfectly cooked, both curries were super tasty and with the right spiciness. The restaurant accept cash and card payments, they have disable entrance and toilet on the ground floor, and they have another toilet upstairs. They also do takeaway and offer a delivery option if you are in the area. If you are driving, there is a quite big car park in front of the supermarket not far from there (2 min walking). I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“We stumbled on the excellent value menu on a Wednesday evening. They have a banquet deal which is incredible value for money. Our group of 4 shared the food and every dish was good quality and really tasty. Everything tasted fresh and was spiced to our liking. The service provided by the young man who looked after us was much appreciated as well. Very much recommend The Red Pepper - especially after a couple of pints of Kirkstall Brewery’s 3 Swords in the Black Horse over the road. Thanks for a splendid evening.”

I recently ordered a platter for a celebration not only was it excellent value for money, the quality of both the product and the service I received were second-to-none. The team really know their stuff and gave great recommendations for the size of my party, and everyone commented on how fresh and delicious it was. We'd never go anywhere else for fish after such a positive experience; in fact, we enjoyed it so much, we are considering placing a regular order to keep our home fridge stocked year-round. “Probably the best roast in the UK and I’ve tried loads from different cities and restaurants. The simple but amazing things I love about maxis rotisserie is the generous portions, tasty meats (the duck beats any roast duck in Leeds, roast pork belly is also super crispy and cha siu which I liked the least but was still good), you then get unlimited scallion ginger oil and chilli oil too to your liking. Loads of people visit here even locals so not just fellow Asian customers so you know the word has been passed around about how great maxis is. Service is also friendly too and they work so quickly so the queue tends to not take too long. Looking forward to visit maxis again and try different dishes as I heard the beef brisket is good too. One thing is remember to bring cash as they’re cash only!”
