All other staff were busy helping others but kept a smile on their faces. The bags were also decorated with hearts for Valentine’s Day which was a nice touch. “Had my implant done only today but the young and extremely lovely lady that made me so comfortable! She knew what she was doing and joked a bit which help a lot. My daughter was allowed only in waiting area, which was amazing as some clinics don’t Ellen allow this! Shame I could not take her with me. Despite me being extremely anxious that I cannot be with my daughter (suffering with severe separation anxiety) I was made feel comfortable and cared for. Booking consultation was amazing and again lovely lady on the line. As done only today, cannot comment much on the pain etc afterwards but that depends person to person.”

It was delivered late afternoon and I collected it just after 6pm. Such a bonus they staff open until 10.30pm! The pharmacist also gave me a follow-up call to check the medication was as prescribed as it was an unusual dosage. Very pleased with this service, thank you.”
