“Can't recommend the all-day course enough. Rachael and Maddie are so welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable and they've done a great job at creating a supportive female-led environment. I appreciated the focus on keeping moves simple so your brain can recall them in a frightening situation as I'd struggled to find a course that wasn't a remarketed martial arts class. The theory we were taught about why people behave in certain ways and using that to inform our self-defence was a very powerful lesson too.
