“We called in this afternoon regarding a built-in oven. Steve Brightmore was very, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all our questions thoroughly and advised on connection and dimensions. Prices were very competitive. We homed in on a particular model and asked when it could be delivered. He offered free delivery later this afternoon! The delivery men were friendly and efficient - they even slotted the oven into place. The oven was in use about three hours after we had walked into the shop - stunningly good service!”
