The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they can’t do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.”

All the staff I've seen there so far have been really great. You can book 'normal' appointments for the future too.
