When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner, who is so lovely, and shown to the upstairs room, where there was the most amazing selection of dresses and accessories. Nothing was too much trouble and we are so pleased with the dress our daughter chose. We would definitely recommend. It was such a lovely experience, where we didn't feel pressurised at any point to buy anything, just given the opportunity to try on as many dresses as she wanted until she found the perfect one.”

The clothes were beautifully made, individual and tasteful. The service received was warm, friendly and efficient with no request too much trouble. “We have had a few babydan gates in the past and they have always been brilliant and perfect for our needs. We never had any reason to contact customer service as we never had a problem until yesterday when we opened a gate we had in the loft for a while and the parts were incomplete. I emailed customer service with the pictures of the parts I needed and a lovely lady called Mona replied instantly, she was so helpful and managed to figure out what we needed by the pictures I sent. The parts are now coming free of charge. I really didn't expect them for free or so much help. Companies nowadays don't care about customers but Babydan certainly does.
