“I came in today (Wigan store) with my mum to look around, but mainly to look at the silvercross cove. Sue was lovely enough to help us, and gave us lots of advice/knowledge of the travel system. As it was between the cove and the venicci we was up and down the stairs multiple times and Sue was more than patient and willing to show us everything we asked about, and also had an answer for all our questions! Sue helped us to come to a decision and we left very happy! We really enjoyed ourselves! After purchasing the Cove which I absolutely love. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner, who is so lovely, and shown to the upstairs room, where there was the most amazing selection of dresses and accessories. Nothing was too much trouble and we are so pleased with the dress our daughter chose. We would definitely recommend. It was such a lovely experience, where we didn't feel pressurised at any point to buy anything, just given the opportunity to try on as many dresses as she wanted until she found the perfect one.”

“Beautiful items for your precious little bundles. The range of baby and toddler clothing was extensive but you did not get the feeling of mass produced clothing. The clothes were beautifully made, individual and tasteful. The service received was warm, friendly and efficient with no request too much trouble. I purchased two items which were absolutely beautiful. Fully recommended to anyone with a new baby who wants something extra special.”

“We have had a few babydan gates in the past and they have always been brilliant and perfect for our needs. We never had any reason to contact customer service as we never had a problem until yesterday when we opened a gate we had in the loft for a while and the parts were incomplete. I emailed customer service with the pictures of the parts I needed and a lovely lady called Mona replied instantly, she was so helpful and managed to figure out what we needed by the pictures I sent. The parts are now coming free of charge. I really didn't expect them for free or so much help. Companies nowadays don't care about customers but Babydan certainly does.
