“Friendly fun pub well stocked bar pleasant staff I play darts there twice a week. Weekend s are great with music events especially during the summer. Also special events such as gin and vodka festival”

“New manager has turned this place round. Lounge has a really nice atmosphere, and there is a bar area for people who want to play pool etc, so everyone is happy. Try it out”

“Family love it here. Love the new look of it and good to see Mike the karaoke man there. Probably one of the best pubs around Liscard. Staff are friendly and good to see them mix in with the crowd on the karaoke.”

“Proper old-fashioned community pub serving well kept beer. Places like this are usually a reflection of the landlord, and he seems to be a friendly, no-nonsense fella. Staff know what they're doing and keep a well run bar. On matchday's, an official supporter's club runs two buses to Goodison and back to the Prim afterwards which is probably the easiest and quickest way to go the game if you live around Wallasey.”

“Genuinely lovely service from the lady who showed us to our table to the staff at the bar, the ladies who served were really ace and welcoming. The meal was really nice too fast hot and well cooked. We regularly go the pictures and it's always rammed so never go in. It's clear why it's always busy, great place to go for a family meal”

We arranged for our end of season golf presentation to be held here (24 of us) and from the minute we arrived it was so welcoming and friendly. Tina and the team have this place running brilliant and with great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food and drinks were flowing. The place is a mix of young and older people but all in very high spirits.”

“Ordered for the first time today - tried the lamb ribs and the Bosnian kebab, both were absolutely delicious! Great salad and really tasty rice and fresh bread too. Can't wait to try more off the menu, all looks so good. Will definitely visit again, highly recommend! Hope that there will be option to order online/on the phone soon too.”

“We came in tonight for a drink at eight at night we were the only one's in there which was a shame as in the 90's the place was rammed but times have movedon but over 9 quid for two pints of madri and Stella isn't bad the barmaid was lovely would rather drink here than a pub that was once netto”
