“Called and invited to bring car down straight away. Had problems with windscreen washer and transpired there was a problem with the filter connection that needed replacing. Involved removing the bonnet etc. Fortunately they had a spare filter for a Toyota that fitted my Lexus and done there and then. Mechanic came out and explained whilst showing me the part. All done within about 30 mins. Can't fault all the staff who were extremely helpful especially being able to do the job there and then.”

Two young lads couldn't be more helpful repairing the puncture and then pointing out my spacesaver hadn't centred itself when I inflated it so replaced my repaied tyre on the car removed the spacsaver and fixed the problem with it. “Great garage. I went in expecting to be paying £760 for a wet belt after Halfords had tried to scare me saying the work needed doing (for £925!) and they wouldn’t do my MOT without it. I contacted voxcar for a second opinion and thank god I did! They advised me not to drive it but get it recovered to them and they would have a look at it and try to sort in between jobs so I didn’t have to wait until the end of the month for a booking. It had been at voxcar for less than 24 hours when they called me to say the wet belt was not an issue and it was literally just needing oil. Honest guys who could have took me for the £760 but cared more about genuinely taking care of the customer. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”
