“It is really good and even on somedays they do movies and the kids really do enjoy themselves.They do things like painting,bringing the reptiles out and more.its an excellent place for a birthday party.they also have a tuck shop to buy sweets,crisps,ice creams,ice lollies and drinks.They serve lunch so the kids arent hungry aswell and they have a playground outside so the kids dont get bored,they even have a pool table and a place to go on Computers.”

“Though not very big, I find this to be a bonus, you can sit and relax, enjoy a hot cuppa whilst visibly being able to see where your kids are and what they are up to. The staff are very attentive, kind and make you feel at home. Will definitely visit again”

“Really lovely little place I'd never have known about because of roadworks. The area has its problems which are beyond the control of the management. I felt safe and secure with my 3 year old who has some additional needs. Entrance on the the street is open where you need to leave prams, ourskey because 4th whole place is upstairs. The reviews that complain about this are a little unfair. It's quite obvious on arrival. Staff were really welcoming and showed us to secure lockers which are free and save you leaving bags around. Plenty of variety for toddlers. We've been large nationals that do a similar setup but for a small local business this is just fine. Didn't have time to try the cafe but all looked to be pretty good. Very accommodating right away without me having to explain too much. Card payments accepted. Only £5 for a couple hours. We stayed around 45 minutes but only due to our little ones personal preferences, I expect most kids would happily run about here all day. The reviews regarding cleanliness are bit off too. It's an active play area, I had no issues at all. Paid parking 40 yards away, road works a bit of mess as at July 2024 but hopefully doesn't discourage people. 10 mins walk from bus station and trains. “I love this place. Yeah some things could do with a update, but it's hard running a business in this day and age. Businesses are falling like dominoes. We are lucky to have a place like this still available. But kids don't care about decore, they love it because they can go wild. And they get a safe and secure environment to go nuts. The staff are friendly and helpful and the other parents are down to earth people. And the kids are happy and that's all that matters. Definitely recommend this place. Its my living room extension.”
