“This is such a gem! We arrived when it was full and they managed to do something for accommodating us. The place was beautifully decorated for Easter. The menu has a diversity of breakfast and brunch dishes, good offering, plus lots of drinks. The ladies are very nice! Food was good and came in decent portions. Prices are average, all good for quantity, quality and service.”

The outdoor play area is great, with a number of different apparatus. Would definitely recommend the Turkey and cranberry sandwiches.”

“Review for Tapas Evening at Caffi'r Cob. We recently enjoyed a wonderful tapas evening at Caffi'r Cob (group of four adults) and WOW we certainly didn't leave disappointed, it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and perfect for sharing. The variety on offer meant there was something for everyone, and each plate felt like a little highlight of its own. We absolutely love the day time atmosphere at Caffi'r Cob and the evening atmosphere was just as warm and relaxed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the evening. Service was friendly, attentive, and well-timed, adding to the overall experience without ever feeling rushed. All four of us left thoroughly impressed, full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll be back. A brilliant evening all around and highly recommended!”

“Brought my daughter for the summer activities. Rabbit petting and farm animals. She loved it! Her meal was only £1 with mine and amazing, sandwich, crisps, muffin and a drink. Lovely to help the Autism together charity too.”

“Been meaning to pop in a few times, finally did today on my regular trip over that way and I’m glad I did. Fab menu at really good prices. Most items are homemade and it’s clear to see only good quality ingredients are used. The ladies that served me are really friendly and even gave me a taster soup whilst I waited for my order. “A very busy café, right on the cross at Moreton. Food was good and prices were more competitive than the Moreton café average. Service was outstanding, an absolute delight. The coffee was excellent; it's the first venue in a while in which my "flat white" was made properly: two shots of espresso with a limited measure of steamed milk.”

“Wow...what can I say this place is a little Gem!! It is my weekly treat to go here for Saturday breakfast whilst my son does Jujitsu. The food is OUTSTANDING. Always tasty and always fast. Tom and his team not only serve amazing food but they do it in what is simply an amazingly friendly and welcoming way. Not only would I recommend this truly fantastic establishment. I would go as far as to say that if you are in the Wigan area this is the only place to go if your hungry.”

“Been going here for years and never had a bad meal or bad service. Superb food on the regular menu but also a great, varying selection of specials with good portion sizes and not overpriced. Staff and atmosphere are lovely. It really is a stand out place in Ormskirk and long may it continue! I only have one point for improvement which is that the otherwise fantastic burgers can get a bit soggy at the bottom I think because of the tomato under the meat.”
