The teachers are all friendly and seem to have all the children very well behaved compared to a lot of schools we've worked at. “I recently moved to The Wirral and struggled to find a Dentist taking NHS patients so reluctantly I started to look around for a suitable private practice. I feel so very fortunate to have found Tam and his team at Telegraph Road Dental Practice conveniently almost opposite the bus station in Heswall. On entering the surgery I felt very much at ease due to the reassuring, kind and understanding welcome I received from the receptionist, Jan. The patients, Tam, the dentist, and the rest of the team there are fortunate to have such a capable girl ensuring the smooth running of the day to day admin of the surgery. I cannot speak highly enough though of the whole team who are all so empathetic, professional and welcoming but especially of Tam himself. His patience in explaining treatment and X-rays to ensure I understood all that was involved, his excellent care while doing the treatment and the exceptionally high quality of the work he did was amazing. Obviously the cost of moving to private dental treatment was worrying as I am retired and on a relatively low income but the practice offers a reasonably priced dental plan which compares pretty well with other people I’ve spoken to which helps spread the cost a little and offers discount on treatment plus two free check ups and 2 free appointments with the hygienist each year which is very reassuring as I feel it is important to look after our oral health as much when we are older as when we were young. I can honestly say that my experience at Telegraph Road Dental Practice has left me feeling that I am in v capable hands. In Summary I would say; Excellent, Professional treatment from a great team with no more long waits for appointments and well worth the cost.”

I have a friend who passed away and the way I was treated by Sarah and Dawn was completely first class just having a cup of tea and some toast was a warm reminder that there are some truly lovely people in the world.
